SHIPPING + RETURNS
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship on holidays and weekends, so orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the address provided is incorrect, and item needs to be reshipped, we will charge the cost of shipping to resend the package. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you have not received your tracking, please email email@example.com
PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR USPS UPDATES
In case of damage or loss incurred during shipment, please contact the delivery carrier. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact ManeBeauTea Customer Service by sending an email including your Order # and images to firstname.lastname@example.org . Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
